Registration Instructions

Making Sure You Are Enrolled in a Choir - Step by Step

Go to rockvoices.pike13.com


and sign in with your email address and password. If you are new, click on “Need an Account”. If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot your Password” and follow the instructions. (We can’t send it to you; we don’t know it.)


When you sign in, you come directly to your dashboard. This will give you immediate clues about your account. When you first start out, it will look like this:






You can see there is nothing showing under “Upcoming Schedule”. That’s because you’re not enrolled in anything yet.
So you’ve signed up on Pike13, but that’s all you’ve done. Now it’s time to enroll in a choir!

Click on "SCHEDULE", then click on the calendar icon till you find the session you want to join.


Then, click on the session you are choosing (e.g., "NY - Albany/Saratoga May 2020 MINI”), and click on the green "ENROLL" button that appears:


(NOTE: If you don't see that green button in a pop-up window, you might need to scroll down and select your choir again. Sometimes that pop-up window isn't quite positioned properly for you to see it.)

The last step will be to confirm you want to enroll in this choir - double check your date/time, etc., and select "FINISH" if it's all correct.



Remember, you still have to choose a payment plan, as the second blue link above indicates. More on that in a moment.

Once you click on “Finish” in the screen above, you’ll see the screen below. This tells you that you are now scheduled for the session you chose.This is confirmation that you are actually enrolled in a choir.

Now you will get the important emails about your choir session, and the links for Facebook or Zoom rehearsals.




There is one last step: you have to choose a payment plan.

Click on Payment Plans in the top menu and choose the payment plan that works best for you.

Once you’ve picked your plan, click “add to cart”, and then “secure checkout”.




You’re all set! Remember, you have to do BOTH of these steps. And lastly, you’ll have to be a member of your choir’s Facebook Group so be sure you ask to join that group if you aren’t already a member!
